Question : Who are we?

Answer : We're No. 1 in the sector of fabrics distribution in France, Young and dynamic team, we are specialized for years in the sale of fabrics and tablecloths at discount prices. Since three years, we focus on our online shop, our passion is to sourcing high quality products at the best prices for the widest possible customers.

Question : What are the available payment methods?

Answer : Several payment methods are offered :

  • Blue Card / Visa / Master Card through the Banque Populaire;
  • Bank transfer;

Concerning the payments by credit card, security is fully ensured by the Bank, with the help of  the latest encryption technology and data protection. It is impossible to get  the information of your credit card. This security protection applies also to the payments  via PayPal.

Question : Which methods of delivery do you offer ?

Answer : Two delivery methods are available :

  • Colissimo: you are delivered within 2 business days after shipment;
  • Chronopost, you are delivered the next working day before 13heures after shipment.

Question : How long does it take to send the orders?

Answer : We usually prepare the orders before 3 pm of the same day (except weekends). Orders placed after 3 pm are prepared the following business day. Except for orders shipped Chronopost we do our best to prepare in priority to ensure next day delivery before 1 pm.

Question : How are the products sold? What is the unit of measure ?

Answer : The unit of measurement is always specified in the product description. Generally, unless stated otherwise, all our fabrics are sold by the meter (1 meter = 1.09 yard).

Question : What does a "Remnant" represent?

Answer :  A remnant is a piece of fabric already cut at a given length. but unlike the fabric sold by the meter,  you can not order the fabrics by the meter but only piece by piece.
For example, for a product sold in remnant of 2 meters,  if you order 4 remnants:

  • 4  x remnant of  2 meter s = 8 meters of fabric.

Question : What is the width of a fabric?

Answer : Except in exceptional cases the width of our fabrics is indicated in the  product description. Otherwise, you can contact us by mail contact@tissus-price.com, or via the contact form, we will be too happy to answer you by email & update the description of  the items.

Question : What about colour and pattern size?

Answer : This is the biggest problem of all the online stores: the photos!

Concerning the colours :
We take special care for taking photos, but many pitfalls can distort their exactitude :

  • The taking of photographs;
  • Illumination;
  • Display resolution.

To avoid any disagreement, we indicate a maximum details  & update frequently the description of the product ,  including colours and we can also send 5 different samples for free, just  send us an email to contact@tissus-price.com, specify us the name & reference of product which is indicated in our website, your name & address.

Concerning the patterns :

Like the problem of the colours, photos can be also very misleading  for the size and distribution of patterns, we update the description of products to indicate the size in centimeter and the repartition of patterns. When taking pictures, we also try to show you the distribution and repartition of patterns.

Question : I received my order, but this is not the right product, what should I do ?

Answer : Unfortunately, despite all of our efforts to avoid these disappointments, it can happen. In this case you can contact us by mail or by phone at contact@tissusprice.com 04 94 61 08 62 to see all shipping details of the product.

Question : My product does not suit me, what should I do ?

Answer : As an individual purchaser, you are entitled to return products that do not suit you within 7 days.

However, your satisfaction is the most important thing for us, we invite you to contact us first by E-mail at contact@tissusprice.com  or by phone+33( 0)4 94 61 08 62 to resolve the problem together.

If we still can not find a solution, your order will be refunded after our receipt of returned goods, and postage to return the product will be at your expense. You will be refunded via the payment method used when placing your order, or if you wish a voucher for using on our website.

Question : The product that I ordered is not any more in stock, what should I do ?

Answer : In this particular case, we will contact you. There are three choices :

  • A similar product, or in another colour that suit you;
  • We send you the order and refund you the missing item;
  • You wish to cancel the order and refund your money.

You will be refunded via the payment method used when you ordered the product, or if you wish, we will give you a voucher code for using on our website.
